New Update on Renovation (September 2025)

At the end of August, another team from BHM (Blessed Hope Ministry) came to the farm to work on the mobile home. This time, the project involved sealing the roof, which appeared to have never been done before. The Lord provided a dry sunny day for the work.
After two coats of sealant, the roof looked like a new one (see photos). It shines in the late summer sun. More importantly, it protects the roof from any leakage during rainy weather. While no significant holes were found that needed repair, the sealant will provide the needed protection from inclement weather for many years.
We continue to work on the inside as well. We received estimates on both the electric and the plumbing work. Before the walls can be put up, this work needs to be completed. The electric will cost around $1200 (over one-half of this has been raised), and the plumbing will cost around $1000. We also need to install new doors (front and back) to secure the inside. These will cost between $900 and $1000 each. This cost includes the attached storm door.
While these seem like large costs, we know God will provide as He has done so far. If God leads you to contribute anything, you can do so from this webpage. Go to the ‘donate’ icon on the website and follow the directions. The donated funds are deposited directly into an account we have set up for this project.
We greatly appreciate your prayers as we see God’s hand in bringing more and more people together to work on this renovation.
